Exactly the track which the Tour de France peleton had to ride 2018. Starts in Sainte Marie de Campagne at the Eugene Christophe Memorial - Eugène Christophe rode 11 Tours de France and finished eight. He never won but he became famous for having to weld together his bicycle while leading. End at Geant the Tourmalet. In beetween: all kind of endless suffering that we cyclists do enjoy!

    thanks Mzucarelli. Indeed the video quality is bad cause I chose a bad camera. GoPro might have been better. My 2019 rides are all recorded with a gopro and don´t have that annoying bounces and stops. Check out for "Morigraben", "Mont du Chat", "Semnoz", "Lac du Annecy Loop". That new GoPro image stabilisation in combination with "undercrowded" routs make a big difference. Also keep in mind that Rouvy only accepts video size max 12 Gigs. A 3hrs bike ride with 1080 and 50fps quickly exceeds thats. So Video editing with lowering the details is mandatory.

    This is my first Rouvy ride. I use BKool normally. While i like the video recorded on a bike which makes it a normal frame rate when riding, I dont like the bouncing around and frequent stops. I also dont like the other riders in the video. I feel the best way to do these videos would be to go out on a motorcycle at off times and record at high frame rate in HD (1000+ FPS), then slow it down to a cyclist's speed. I also wouldnt consider this video HD. Im sure most people think 720p is HD, I feel like 1080p is the bare minimum of HD now and really things should be in 4k by now given that cell phones and GoPros record in that format now. i have some other critiques about the platform but i think this reveiw area is specific to the route.
