    I like this direction better on this reverse route to what Meridakko also posted (name is in Japanese text; 1% avg grade; 20% max grade; 6.36 miles) as it provides a little more time of a warm up before hitting a hill and a wonderful view of Kushimoto on the way down the final hill. Overall a great workout and nice scenery of a part of Japan I am not familiar with. The only downfall is the video quality here is also grainy, not HD. Thank you for sharing.
