    Difficult? Not really. Long? Absolutely, just too long. Avg rider likely going to spend somewhere from 2.5 to 3.5 on the trainer. Prepare accordingly.

    Great tough ride. Pace yourself for the first 40km, save something in reserve for the final 15km @7% uphill. I watched many people blow up on course. I am not a climber and I finished it, just settle in for a long ride.
