Description of workout

An uphill endurance ride to make altitude meters. Ride at 75% FTP on the hilly parts to boost your fat burning as much as possible. Incorporate endurance training at least once a week into your training plan.

Endurance training in the mountains is a great way to learn to conquer mountains!
Don't forget to go slow, don't slip to a high intense pace! A challenging route from La Vuelta will keep you engaged the whole time. The beautiful sceneries of the Spanish summer countryside are a cyclist's dream.
