    I can hardly put into words how bad this training was. The Video:  - The video quality is very bad  - The camera is attached to a handlebar and wobbles constantly back and forth so you have to puke if you watch that for more than 5 minutes  - I do not know from how many parts the video was cut together, but it must be many  - Video is out of sync with the GPS track The GPS track:  - Height data does not match the reality.
