    Excellent route. Big variation in gradient. Nice scenery gives a good sense of getting ti higher ground

    I crawl out of bed; I climb on the trainer and ride the Coll de Honor. Nice easy start; a bit harder later on. A great way to wake up and finish with a bit of a sweat. All in 30 mins. Lovely.
